Are you a Site/Org Admin? What do you see, when you open https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/projects/manage

Please check the below as well :

• Make sure that you have reviewed the product access for the migrated groups.
• Make sure that you have correct permissions set for the project refer: Issues cannot be seen in a project after migration
