My leadership is concerned that the timestamps on articles created on-prem doesn't match the timestamps on the same articles after they have been imported to the cloud. there's a discrepancy of about 5 hours and management wants that eliminated. I don't see where to adjust timezones instance-wide on cloud, but the on-prem instance has the time data I need to preserve. does anyone have any insight?
Timezones in the Cloud are generally controlled at the profile level. That being said, I believe the error you are seeing is something that may be expected. I would reach out to Atlassian support to check on whether or not they can help you.
