Cloud-to-cloud migration feature is not available

Hello!

I am trying to do cloud-to-cloud migration. I've check the following documents and find this:

As I understand if I have two Jira cloud instance under one organization I could perform this migration without any issue. I've prepare everything but I still has not the but "Migration" in the Settings-->Systems left sidebar. Could you please explain me how can I find it?

I would raise an issue with the Support, they can check and probably enable this feature for you.

@Bastian Stehmann Good day, Bastian. I have the same issue with cloud-2-cloud migration. I couldn't find but "Migration" in the Settings-->Systems left sidebar.  Can you please raise an issue with the Support to enable this feature for me?

Welcome to the community. 

You have to raise the issue yourself, I'm just a common user as you.
