Hi All,
When I try to migrate via "Jira Cloud Migration Assistant" I get an error: "139:Groups contain permissions for products that do not exist on your cloud site. Enable Jira Work Management in your cloud site and try again."
Based on this, it is clear what needs to be added JWM to the cloud.
BUT, when I try to do this in product management, I get the following message:
"Payment overdue
Unfortunately, you can’t add Jira Work Management to this site until payment is made."
It’s also interesting that I don’t see the JWM in my products, but if I click on the product change ("Switch to" button on in the upper left corner), I see the JWM in the list and I can go there
Please, help.
