please allow for delete. one can only archive and this is posing a problem for us currently, as we're testing out the functionality of atlas and when I filter goals on the timeline, I can the archived ones I was testing. This is far from ideal. There are many things that can be deleted on Atlassian products, but not this

We don't want every (sub-)goal to remain visible indefinitely. In cases where goals can't be archived – or where we need to "reset" a goal – deleting and starting fresh is the preferred approach for us. The reasons why a goal wasn't achieved are documented separately as learnings, so there's no need to keep hundreds of archived goals cluttering the system.

Maybe if not delete could we "hide" them? A layer beyond "archived" but doesn't fully remove them?

This issue has been open for a long time ,  we can't delete dummy goals while trying this feature.

I reckon this functionality may be added to the new Platform Experiences.
