My Atlassian account has been deactivated during Trello's premium trial period

My account has been deactivated after 2 days of Trello free premium trial, and don't know why.
I'm getting promotion mails and welcome mail, but can't access my account, support or any product of Atlassian.
Please, help me identify why the account was deactivated and how to reactivate itaccount has been deactivated.png

The issue was solved by Atlassian Support after submitting a ticket after clearing the cookies.

I've used General Inquiry ticket https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/general-inquiries#/
but billing and licensing tickets https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
can work too, as the issue was solved by the Billing and Licensing Team.

That sounds frustrating, especially after only two days of the Premium trial. If the login page is specifically saying that the account has been deactivated and that an email was sent with details, I’d check the inbox and spam/junk folder for that message first.

If there’s no useful information in the email, I’d contact Atlassian support through another account or their support/contact channels and include the account email, when the trial started, and a screenshot of the deactivation message. Hopefully they can clarify whether it was an automated security/account issue and help restore access.

The fact that you're still receiving the promotional and welcome emails doesn't necessarily mean the account itself is active, so I wouldn't rely on those emails as an indication that everything is okay.
