After you fill in the details, and go past the AI answer, to file a ticket, on the bottom there should be an option to chat to a live agent.
Having said that, the error message when creating a page is often just a temporary glitch. Other common culprit is a browser extension or caching.
Log in to your Confluence from the browser's private window (or try another browser).
If the problem persists (and the issue is not caused by your permissions being revoked, etc.) you will need to contact Support.
