I have a question around sharing Atlas Projects Status Updates with External parties.
I checked and from what I can find there is no cost to my company (see below), and it would help us in Project communications, but can anyone share with me further info on the last point 'Access Scope' - I need to be able to assure my admin that shared Status updates will only allow the external party to see that particular project, and it's not clear if they will be able to see the About Page and the Status Updates or just the Status Updates?
- Free Account Required: External stakeholders need an Atlassian account to log in, but this is free.
- No Paid License: They can act as "stakeholders" (viewers/followers) without consuming a paid product license.
- Access Scope: External users only have access to the specific Atlas view or project shared with them, not the rest of your Atlassian site.
Any help gratefully received.
