Hi everyone!

My name is Zowie and I'm a System Engineer at Materna Sweden AB in Sweden.
I have a broad technical background in IT Infrastruktur from the physical to the application layer.
As for Atlassian's product I've used Confluence (as a end user) for about 5 months and Service Desk (as a admin) since late January this year and we are still implementing it.

When I'm not at work I'm with my wife, our 2 year old kid and two dogs (Corgi Pembroke) at home in Stockholm, Sweden.

Sounds like you have your hands full with a toddler and two pups! Thanks for taking the time to Answer questions and to be part of this Group :). So cool that you have both the admin and the end-user perspective ... so important!
