Hi @Jayesh Raghuvanshi , the link you provided takes me to the Contributors collection not an article you wrote. Also can you please provide the steps you use when trying to post an article and precisely where?

Hi @Jayesh Raghuvanshi

Atlassian team members write and manage the content in the Atlassian Knowledgebase (KB).  I do not believe there is a documented path / process for a non-Atlassian employee to request a community article be published as a KB.

That being noted...

Atlassian team members clearly mine from this public community's content for the knowledgebase.  I have observed some of my posts and automation solutions directly converted into KB articles with limited or no changes.

My recommendation is to just write your community article and if Atlassian finds it valuable, they will re-use the content.  In my opinion, it is likely more people will see your article in the community posts than in any documentation knowledgebase.

Kind regards,
Bill
