Prevent users from creating dashboards or data sources?

Hi,

How do we prevent users from creating new dashboards and data sources? i.e. only allow them to view existing dashboard.

Hi @Jack Ukleja , we are actually rolling out a new feature to control the ability to create data sources. We will post a community update when everyone has it.

I would think you just don't give them access to Analytics and simply share dashboards with them? See if this link helps at all...:

Thanks. Not a bad idea, except for they can't "browse" the available dashboards this way

Just share them somewhere as embeds? Confluence perhaps? That should fulfil the 'browse' requirement?
