In Atlassian analytics, how do I create a custom filter that has dependent drop downs?

We have multiple projects and projects keys in jira.  I want to build a drop down that has a dependent drop down with a custom filter that would allow me to first choose a director/center of excellence and include data for all of the project keys that roll up to this director.  Then I want to be able to choose just one project key within that list and show the data.  The director/center of excellence field does not exist in jira.  I can manually list each of the project keys under each director, but I'm not sure where to do this.  I am doing this in Atlassian analytics.
