I cant source data from a 3rd part custom field

Hi all,

Working in Analytics were trying to use a custom field in Jira called "program increments" that is created and populated by a 3rd party add on called easy agile programs.

We have tried to follow a few source articles and videos and being able to reference custom field but we haven't had much luck in populating data. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

At this point were just experimenting trying to get anything from this field to show weather its the values or a count of tickets pretty much anything to validate that analytics can source this particular field or not in the system. But we haven't had much luck

1. Does analytics source 3rd party custom fields from other applications? If so how can we get this to work?

Hi Matthew! Thanks for posting your question and sharing the screenshot. Locked fields are currently unavailable in the Atlassian Data Lake, but we have a feature request that you can watch for updates on when these fields might be available to query.
