I am looking to set up a subscription to share a graph I have built regarding squad objectives from Jira Align.

  • The subscription settings does not let me add anyone who is not an Atlassian Analytics user - but I thought I'd be able to share it.
  • It asks you to log in to Analytics from the email to download the PDF

Is there a way to share this with non users so they can download the PDF?

Hi @Laura Rodgers ! If you're looking to share your charts and dashboards with users who don't have access to Analytics, I'd recommend using the chart and dashboard PDF/CSV export feature.
For chart export: Navigate to your chart and open the chart settings. From there, a dropdown menu will appear with a "Download" option. Simply select your preferred file format, and the file will download directly to your computer.
For dashboard export: Navigate to your dashboard and open the dashboard settings. From there, select the "Export" option, where you'll see the available file format options to choose from.

Hi @Laura Rodgers

To access anything that lives inside you Atlassian organization, an account (seat) is needed.

There are ways to make CONTENT available (anonymous access for space, work items in Jira/JSM...) Other than that, an account is required.

What you can do with Analytics is to export an analytics report as a CSV file.

Alternatively, there might be an app on the marketplace to export / create visuals, but not for the access.
