Is it possible to integrate external applications which are integrated with Jira such as "Time To SLA" in order to be able create reports in Atlassian Analytics. As for the moment it is only possible to create reports with native JSM SLA tables.

Any information would be great. Thanks

Hello Evaldas,

At the moment, Atlassian Analytics only exposes data that’s in the Atlassian Data Lake (Jira, JSM, JPD, Confluence, etc.). Marketplace app data like Time to SLA is not automatically included in the Data Lake.

I hope this provides clarity.

Mohsin

Hi, thanks for the input. Yes, I know that natively it is not possible to fetch the data from Time to SLA, but perhaps there some workaround solution of creating the data connection.

Thanks

Hi @Evaldas Masiulis,

As already answered above, unfortunately, this isn’t possible directly right now.

However, this is actually one of the reasons we built SLA Time and Report for Jira – to help teams go beyond the limitations of native SLA reporting.

If your main goal is to build more flexible SLA reports, you might want to try our app. It provides detailed SLA reports, charts, exports, and dashboard gadgets, so you can analyze SLA performance without depending only on the native JSM SLA tables.

In short: direct app-to-Atlassian-Analytics reporting is not available here, but our app can still give you the reporting layer you may be looking for.

Hope this gives you another option to consider.

Hi, thanks for your assistance, however, this still does not solve the problem as I need to create reports with SLA data from Jira (in this case taken from external app). I am aware that these apps have their own built in report features but I am interested in taking that data and fetching it from Data Lake as we mainly want to rely on Atlassian Analytics for reporting.

Is there some work around solution of how the data can be integrated not directly?

Thanks for your help :)
