Any additional official Chart and Dashboards templates dedicated exclusively to Jira Align EI?

Atlassian provides five pre-built dashboard templates specifically for Jira Align Enterprise Insights in Atlassian Analytics:

• Epic status
• Portfolio financials
• Portfolio flow metrics
• Solution flow metrics

Are there any additional Chart and Dashboards official templates dedicated exclusively to Jira Align EI?

You are right. Just check, I've also asked Rovo, in case we missed something. It confirmed that there are currently no additional official charts or dashboards and suggested building your own dashboards.

Any plans to publish new Chart and Dashboards exclusively to Jira Align EI in the near future? Is Atlassian working towards to that direction or it will continue supporting only the Jira with new charts?

Unfortunately, I haven't heard any official announcements about a new chart.  

And please tell me, why can't you use AI-powered apps as a Jira user? It is important to me to understand any barriers that may exist.
