Having a hard time finding what we should use in Analytics for Affected Service. We want to be able to see all Software and Service Management data and are trying to create a control for Affected Service.

Hey @Mikel Whipple ,

Thank you for your question. The Affected Service data should be available in the table called "Service".

Could you please confirm if Services data is enabled for your Jira Service Management connection in Atlassian Analytics?

Here is a screenshot for your reference:

If it is enabled and if you are not able to query these, please reach out to our support via the link below, so that we can further investigate:

Thanks,

Thank you. Yes it is available but that is for the Service Management schema, I was wondering if there was a general Services schema. I don't want to be restricted by JSM or Software management.

Hi @Mikel Whipple ,

This is where typically Services are stored. If you are using a custom field to store service details, you may want to enable "Show full schema" when searching for column names and search for the field where you are storing service details.

If you are still not able to locate the fields, please feel free to submit a ticket to our support team via the link here and we can help investigate the issue.

Thanks,

Arumugam
