Upcoming removal of the "Download activity" button in dashboard settings

Hi community,

We're making a change to how you export dashboard activity data in Analytics. Previously, we integrated dashboard activity logs into the Audit log section of Administration at admin.atlassian.com. Starting April 27, 2026, we'll remove the Download activity button from the Activity tab in dashboard settings.

The Activity tab tracks one year of dashboard changes, including who made each change, what changed, and when.

Please note that dashboard activity logs will continue to remain accessible in the Audit log section of the Administration tool, where you can view and download them. For more information on exporting audit logs, see the guide available here.

What you need to do

No further action is required on your part.
