Upcoming Retirement of Dashboard Subscriptions in Analytics, Assets, and JSM

G'day, community!

We're writing to let you know about upcoming changes to dashboard subscriptions in Atlassian Analytics, Assets Reports, and JSM Operation Reports.

Starting September 8th, 2026, you will no longer be able to create new dashboard subscriptions. On November 2nd, 2026, all existing subscriptions will stop being sent, and the subscription feature will be fully retired.

What's NOT changing

• Chart CSV/PDF export - exporting chart data as CSV/PDF continues to be supported.

• Dashboard CSV/PDF/JSON export - exporting dashboard data will still be available.

What you should do

If you currently…	Do this instead
Send scheduled dashboard subscription emails	Export your dashboard as a PDF on demand and share with stakeholders via email, Slack, Teams, etc.
Receive scheduled dashboard subscription emails	We recommend bookmarking your most-used dashboards for quick access. Ask the dashboard creator to share exports when needed.
Use "Export" feature in the product	No change - You can continue to Export dashboards and charts.
