Rovo Agent: Custom Knowledge displayed as blank lines in agent configuration

Hello Everyone!

Less of a discussion and more of a question, our users are starting to explore Rovo, and one user is trying to setup an agent that uses specific custom knowledge.

After she adds a number of Confluence pages, when she looks at the configuration of the knowledge in the default scenario, it lists a series of blank lines with the trashcan/delete icon at the end of the line.

When I went to take a look, I'm able to see the titles for more of the entries than she can, but I also still see some blank lines.

My question is: Does anyone happen to know what determines if a Confluence page title is displayed in the Custom Knowledge?  Is this a display bug? Or is the bug the fact that she was able to add Confluence pages that she shouldn't have been able to access in the first place?

Any thoughts or ideas would be very much appreciated!

Haven't created an agent yet, but, in Rovo Chat or Create with Rovo, I have times that I cannot see the text when I copy from a previous prompt and paste it. I think this may have something to do with the previous prompt box containing white text on a blue background. Sometimes I can see any links that were in the prompt, but not the regular text.

The great @Jimmy Seddon this is most likely a UI/display issue, not an access problem. Rovo can still index and use the pages, but sometimes the titles don’t render correctly in the agent config, so you see blank lines. It can vary by user due to permissions, caching, or indexing state. I’d confirm the user has access, refresh or try another browser, and re-add a page to test. If it persists, it’s likely a frontend bug worth reporting.

Thank you @Barbara Szczesniak & @Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_!

Clearly I have a bit more investigating to do.  Sounds like I might also submit an Atlassian Support ticket to confirm it's a visual display bug.

I'll post back here when I have a more definitive answer from Atlassian.
