How to forward link to Rovo Custom Agent?

Hi,

I am excited about the launching of Rovo, and have already started working on configuring Custom Agents for our company's needs. Howeve, I am struggling to forward the URL of the Custom Agent to my colleagues.

I went to Browse Agent -> clicked the ... on the Custom Agent -> clicked Copy URL, but the copied URL could not open the link to the Custom Agent. Please see the screenshot below:

Hi @Duy Truong ! I'm attempting to reproduce this, can you share the agent link with me? And can you try copying the agent link when you're in Confluence/Jira and again in full screen mode?

Thanks for reaching out! Upon reading your suggestions, I tried navigating around and actuall found that:

• If I want the URL that opens the Custom Agent directly, I need to go to Browse Agent -> click the ... on the Custom Agent -> click View Agent 
• A popup window will open showing the Custom Agent's information, then I need to click Chat to Agent
• It will direct me to the Rovo Chat window with that Custom Agent, and I can copy the URL of that window and bookmark for further use when I want to quickly access that Custom Agent directly

Btw, the link to the agent's full profile is https://home.atlassian.com/people/agent/38b3ad8d-f91d-478a-9317-781cf60cbd7f

So all in all my issue is more or less resolved. I still can't access the agent's full profile, but I don't actually need that (yet).

Glad you were able to figure out a work around! We're looking to fix this agent link issue soon so you can navigate to the agent profile as intended.
