The Microsoft SharePoint Rovo Connector now supports allowlists and blocklists

Hi Atlassian Community,

We are excited to announce that our Microsoft SharePoint third-party Rovo connector now allows admins to configure a blocklist and an allowlist. You can edit the allowlist or blocklist as you setup the connector or anytime after by clicking the three dots () next to the connector after configuration.

What does this mean?

You can choose which sites, subsites, or document libraries in Microsoft SharePoint you want to specifically allow to be indexed or block from being indexed and shown in Rovo, giving you control over what data you want to surface from this provider.

I don't see this functionality yet for SharePoint. 

Also, it would be good to allow indexing specific sites if possible and exclude OneDrive. The indexing in my environment has been running for weeks and I cannot see any progress.

Really looking forward to this feature. Adding the Sharepoint connector to Rovo would only make sense for us if we could allowlist only some specific Sharepoint sites.

This feature was in place but removed because of bugs. I'm waiting for next release.
