Atlassian Community! Seeing so many of you in Barcelona was amazing. It’s always wonderful to get to connect in real life, hear your stories, and learn what you’re diving into. We announced a LOT of new things that our teams worked incredibly hard on and I wanted to recap them for you in a quick list.

Rovo: Atlassian’s Unified AI Platform

Big news: Atlassian Intelligence is now officially Rovo. 🎉🎉🎉 That means all the AI features you’ve seen (and maybe some you haven’t) are now under one name.

What Can Rovo Do? Core Apps & Capabilities

• Rovo Search: Smarter, more personal search is now the default in Jira, and it’s got even more connectors for richer results.
• Rovo Chat: Now with data analysis, image/PDF/voice input, and “personal memory” so it remembers your context.
• Rovo Studio: Build your own AI agents and automations using natural language – no coding required.
• Agents & Automations: Pre-built skills, event triggers, and conditional workflows to automate tasks across Atlassian and third-party apps.
• Rovo Skills Directory: Over 100 modular AI “skills” for automating workflows, building agents, and connecting your favorite apps.

Expanded Rovo Universe: Partner Agents

Rovo now supports a growing library of partner-built agents and connectors, bringing Rovo to third-party apps. At Team 25, we demoed integrations with partners like Canva—showing how you can search, automate, and collaborate across design assets right from Atlassian.

Rovo Dev: Now Generally Available!

Rovo Dev Agent: Your new AI teammate for code planning, generation, and reviews. Available in the CLI, Bitbucket (for code review and pipeline troubleshooting), GitHub (code review), and even your IDE (open beta). It uses your org’s context for smarter, faster results.

New Atlassian Product Collections (Powered by Rovo)

At Team 25, Atlassian rolled out four new product “Collections” – all with Rovo under the hood:

• Service Collection: Unified, AI-powered service management (Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, Rovo).
• Software Collection: AI-driven tools for software teams (DX, Rovo Dev, Pipelines, Bitbucket, Compass).
• Teamwork Collection: AI for every team – think Rovo in Confluence, AI project management in Jira, Loom-to-Jira integration, and even assigning work to AI agents.
• Strategy Collection: Enterprise planning and investment visibility, powered by Rovo analytics (Focus, Talent, Align, Rovo-powered insights).

• Atlassian-hosted LLMs: Enterprise-grade privacy and compliance, with sensitive data staying in Atlassian Cloud.
• Self-hosted LLM option: For those in regulated industries who need extra privacy/security.

Question: When you say 'Atlassian intelligence' is now Rovo, would they be consuming Rovo AI credits now?  :(

Hey @Fazila Ashraf there is no change to the features that incur Rovo credits as a result of this change. As we've published, the only billable features that currently consume Rovo credits are requests sent to Rovo Chat or Rovo Agents & requests using Deep Research.

Similarly, Rovo Dev features like Rovo Dev CLI, or code reviews incur Rovo Dev credits.

All other Rovo (formerly Atlassian Intelligence) features you've come to know and love do not consume Rovo Credits. While we reserve the right change this in the future, the rationale here is that we are focusing Rovo credits on our most complex features. 

Our hope is that this better aligns your usage to the value you're getting from Rovo experiences. Hope this helps ease your concern!

@Bryan Guffey @Hamsa Ranganathaiah @Andres Santamaria   Atlassian hosted LLM option is in Closed Beta at the moment and should go GA soon - late this quarter or early next quarter. 

Re: Cost structure will be based on Rovo Credits, and more details will get published once it goes GA.

@sgarg12 where can we find more info about this Atlassian hosted LLM? I tried asking from Atlassian Support some weeks ago but didn't get any satisfactory answer.
