How Atlassian Marketers use AI & Rovo (Part 2) - Agents and Rovo Hacks

Hey everyone! My name is Peter Partner and I’m on Atlassian’s account based marketing (ABM) team. Last week, I posted How Atlassian Marketers use AI & Rovo - Part 1 and I am back this week for part 2!

I’m excited to share the next group of use cases in my “how we do this thing” series, spotlighting real ways Atlassian marketers are using AI and agents to boost productivity.

1. Data Analysis for All
Our Data Analysis Agent lets anyone quickly pull insights from big datasets. No technical skills needed. I can upload a Google Sheet and get answers in minutes, not weeks.

2. Team-Tailored Content Creation
Each team has its own “content expert” agent, customized to draft blog posts, campaign copy, or social content using our own Confluence pages and metrics.

3. Rovo Hacks for Everyday Tasks
I use agents to automate things like scripting Loom videos or prepping sales docs. If you do it often, you can probably build an agent for it!

4. Custom Agents for Manual Work
We build agents for repetitive tasks, like pulling seller data or identifying target accounts, and refine them as our needs evolve.

5. Automating the Tedious Stuff
From organizing goals to supporting decisions, AI and Rovo agents help us automate the boring parts so we can focus on strategy.
