Hey everyone! My name is Peter Partner and I am on Atlassian’s account-based marketing team. For marketers, some days feel like you're juggling a dozen different tasks at once, and it can really eat up your time.
To streamline some of our (otherwise tedious) processes, I have been attempting to build AI into our workflows every day/week.
As I saw a lot of interest around this internally at Atlassian, I'm kicking off a series of "how we do this thing" videos, highlighting some of the best ways my colleagues and I are actually using AI, Rovo, and agents in our day-to-day work.
Today's video features our Customer 360 Agent, an agent that helps to aggregate actionable insights from Atlassian's CRM systems. The agent helps me identify high-priority accounts for targeted campaigns, prepare for sales calls, and generate tailored prep documents. Being able to get the renewal dates, key contacts, product usage, and sales opportunities is a huge efficiency win for us.
The video also highlights how AI-driven insights support my white space analysis and campaign personalization, making it pretty valuable for anyone in the Atlassian Community interested in doing better, more impactful work in less time.
