Early access: Create with Rovo in Jira

Hey Community 👋🏾

We’re excited to invite customers to try our new beta experience - Create with Rovo in Jira, a new experience in Jira that uses AI to help you turn ideas, notes, and documents into structured work in just a few steps.

Instead of manually converting long specs, meeting notes, or conversations into Jira work items, Create with Rovo helps by generating work item suggestions, which you can refine before you hit “Create”.

What is Create with Rovo in Jira?

Create with Rovo in Jira is an AI-assisted way to create work in Jira.

You give Rovo your context, such as:

• A short description of the work you’re planning

• Links to specification docs or decision records

• Notes from a planning session or customer call

Rovo then helps you:

• Propose a breakdown of work (e.g. epics, stories, tasks) based on your input

• Generate work item content like summaries and descriptions

• Review and refine before anything is created in your Jira space

How to join

If you’re interested in joining the Create with Rovo in Jira early access program:

1. Submit this short form to tell us about your team and use cases

2. We’ll review applications and reach out to selected teams with:

   • Activation details and timelines

   • A deeper dive into the feature

   • How to share feedback during the program

We have limited spots in this initial cohort, so we encourage you to apply early.
