Confluence Data Center joins the Rovo connector family!

At our recent annual conference, Team’25, we shared several exciting announcements. One of the highlights is that we’re making Rovo available to all our customers! 💥
We’re thrilled to share more exciting news! If you run products on Atlassian Data Center, you can now tap into Rovo’s AI capabilities through the newly released Confluence Data Center connector!
The connector empowers your organisation to centralise knowledge across platforms and enhance team productivity through Rovo’s AI-driven features, including Search, Chat, and Agents. This integration supports your existing infrastructure while providing a seamless pathway to unlock the potential of cloud-based AI capabilities, and facilitating a smoother transition to the Cloud when you're ready.

🕵️ A look under the hood
The connector employs a cloud-based pull model to integrate Data Center instances with Rovo in the cloud. This setup ensures that Data Center data is securely synchronised to the Cloud and accessible to Rovo. The existing Application link mechanism facilitates the synchronisation process, backed by industry standard OAuth 2.0 for secure data sharing between Data Center and Cloud environments.
