Hello @Sakshi Verma I have a user that is still experiencing this problem and mentions that it is sporadic.
"Click and drag goes to click and download again. Doesn't seem to be consistent or stable. Very finicky!"

Hi @SM Thank you for reporting this and sorry to hear the issue is still occurring.
Since you've mentioned it's happening sporadically, it would be very helpful if the affected user could do the following when the problem occurs next:
Record a short screen recording of the issue
Capture HAR logs while reproducing the issue. You can follow this guide on how to generate HAR files: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/generate-har-files-and-analyze-web-requests-for-atlassian-support-720420612.html
Once you have those, please let me know and I'll raise a support ticket where you can share them with us directly.Please do not share any log files or HAR files here — this is a public platform and those files may contain personal or sensitive information. We'll handle that securely through the support ticket instead.
