🟠 1. Automation Rule Management REST API is now generally available! 💡
You can now manage, update, and orchestrate your automation rules programmatically — giving admins and developers the power to scale automation across teams with ease.

🟠 2. Unlocking human approval steps for agentic automations ⏱️
We’ve added a new way to blend automation with human decision-making using the “Delay until” node.
This feature lets you control exactly when the next steps in your workflow occur — pause for a set time or wait until specific conditions are met, such as a human approval or a status change.
This ensures each task is completed before moving forward.

🟠 3. Dynamic Lookup Tables in Automation 👨🏽💻
We’re making it easier to work with dynamic data in automations. The new Dynamic Lookup Table action lets you pull in and use structured data directly within your automation rules — opening up new ways to build smarter, more flexible workflows.

🟠 4. Simpler Smart Values for Automation ⚙️
We reorganised smart values to make it easier to give the right context to agents in Automation. Smart values are now grouped by the components you’re using, making rules simpler to build and understand.

🟠 5. Rovo Search for Jira 🔍
We’ve improved how you find work across Jira and connected apps:

Recommended results as you type – no need to remember exact issue keys.

Intent-aware search – Rovo understands what you mean, not just what you type.

Personalised suggestions – based on your recent work and collaborators.

AI-powered search – suggested queries from your previous activity.

See recent work from Jira and third-party apps your admin connects like Google Drive.

Jira-first and cross-app search – press Enter to get Jira’s issue navigator results page. Press Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows/Linux) from the search field to open Rovo Search across all Atlassian and third-party apps.

🟠 6. Studio App: Co-author Agents 👥
Building great agents just got more collaborative. Multiple people can now co-author an Agent — assign a team of editors to build, test, and refine together for faster, higher-quality outcomes.

🟠 7. Rovo Chat Refresh 💬
Chat has a new look — and new powers. The first iteration of our Rovo Chat refresh introduces:

🟠 8. Rovo Chat is now in public Beta for Bitbucket Cloud users!
Rovo Chat is now available to all users in Bitbucket Cloud. It is a major step towards helping developers become more productive, whether planning work, digging through docs, or reviewing a PR.

🟠 9. Rovo Button: Floating Mode in Confluence 🪄
In Confluence, you can now switch between sidebar mode and floating mode for Rovo chat. To launch directly into Floating mode, use the Rovo button in the bottom right corner.
Floating mode is perfect when you want to jump in and out, or launch a contextual quick action. Sidebar mode is great when you want to dock chat while you work side-by-side.
🟠 10. Image to Work Item 📸
Turn your physical ideas into digital work - instantly.

Create work items from images in the backlog view. Snap a photo of sticky notes, screenshots, interface designs, or diagrams, and Rovo will generate suggested work items from what it sees — physical to digital, instantly.

Control what you add to your Jira space: accept, discard, or edit multiple suggested issues in one go, right from the backlog in-line create experience.

Rovo helps you create work items with better summaries and descriptions, making them clearer and more actionable for everyone.

Available in Jira web and mobile: take a photo from your phone or upload one from your desktop- it’s never been easier to create work from visual sources.
