💬 Draft replies with a single click in Jira Service Management
Responding to help seekers in Jira Service Management is now faster and easier. Generate AI-powered replies with a single click using the Draft Reply option in the comment field.
⚡️ Faster triage in Jira Service Management
Service teams can now quickly triage their queue by clicking on the Triage button. You can easily accept or modify the AI recommendations for Request type, Status, Priority, and Assignee.
🧠 Smart link previews in Confluence just got smarter
When you hover over a Confluence Page or Live Doc smart link in Confluence, you’ll now see AI-powered snippets — concise, Rovo-generated summaries that make it easy to preview content without clicking in. Faster context, fewer clicks.
📚 Extend your knowledge base in Jira Service Management
Now you can bring in third-party knowledge sources, like SharePoint and Google Drive, to ensure help seekers get the most up-to-date, comprehensive answers right where they need them.

🤖 Enhanced visibility & control for agents
Now, when agents write with you in the Confluence editor, their avatars appear alongside you, just like your human teammates. This gives you instant visibility into who is collaborating on your content in real time, making it easy to recognize contributions and strengthens team collaboration.
We heard you—customers want more control over agent management. Organization admins can now delete any user-created agent, regardless of who created it. This gives organizations greater control over agent management, making it easier to clean up unused or orphaned agents and maintain a secure, well-governed environment.
🛠️ Fix JQL errors instantly with smart suggestions
Jira query language (JQL) is central to how you find work items in Jira. However, given the flexibility of Jira, it can be hard to always land with the right field or field value when writing JQL. With JQL error fixer, we will automatically suggest functional JQL when you hit an error, so you can make progress without getting stuck when you hit an error.
🧩 Easily find related issues with similar work items
Jira is full of valuable work history—but finding related items isn’t always easy. With similar work items, Jira now surfaces issues that closely match the one you’re working on, helping you quickly spot prior work, link duplicates, or reuse existing context.
💬 Smarter comments summaries with Rovo follow-ups
Comments are central to collaboration in Jira, but they can sometimes lack context or assume prior knowledge. Jira already provides AI-generated comment summaries—and now, we’ve taken it further with pre-generated follow-up prompts. These make it easy to dive into Rovo Chat to explore themes, ask clarifying questions, or take action—right from the thread.
🗂️ Google Drive & SharePoint now in your Rovo recents feed
Your Rovo browser extension just got smarter. You’ll now see your recently viewed or edited Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and SharePoint files directly in the recents feed on every new tab—alongside your Atlassian activity. Get back to work faster, with fewer clicks.

📊 Rovo usage quotas: more built-in value
All paid Atlassian plans now include monthly AI credits and indexed objects per user—used when asking questions in Chat or pulling in content via connectors. Quotas aren’t enforced yet, but it’s a good time to understand what’s included and prepare for future usage tracking.
