Every week, we prepare our weekly updates for all of our projects to share the status of our work.
We’ve heard from your feedback that you’d like to write draft project updates throughout the week so that you can:
jot down notes throughout the week to keep track of what’s happened,
prepare all your updates in advance then post when you’re ready with all the latest details,
allow for multiple contributors to draft the update together.
We’re excited to announce that now you can with draft project updates!
Once you’ve written up a draft of your update (including any extra notes, learnings, decisions, or risks that you’ve captured), you can then hit the “Save draft” button right next to “Post update”.
Once the draft has been saved, it’s visible to all contributors of the project, so you can pick up right where someone else left off. This is perfect for projects with many contributing parts and streams of work.
