Hello and welcome to the community @Naveen Anumakonda

To test:

1. Log into your Jira site normally in a browser.

2. In the same browser, log into id.atlassian.com using your organization's normal authentication.

Open Outlook on the web, then the Jira Cloud for Outlook add-in, and try Connect now there.

At least that worked for me. After that, the add-on started to function properly in the app as well. I had the same problem some time ago, and doing that in Outlook Web instead of the app solved that for the app also.

Best,

Do you have any error messages?

Are you using your private Outlook email or your company one?

I am asking this because some company email accounts might have a security blocker to connect any add-ons to a third party

Suggestion

1. If you can, try with a different email in Outlook, to see if blocker is at email level.

2. Try also from the web: outlook.office.com/mail/. From there, use https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/open

Otherwise, try also to uninstall and reinstall the add-on.

If you have any errors, share them here
