Hello,
Anyone have issues with saving or creating workflows when using JMWE app?
Anytime I create a new workflows i'm unable to save them. I select add, the page does nothing, no error message, the page just stays open.
I even looked at existing workflows and can't even modify them or if I just open and select update, again nothing happens.
Using the old editor view, nothing happens.
Thanks!
Hi @Angela Gould ,
I hope you're doing well.
I noticed this problem on Tuesday, but by Monday, my New Editor workflow was working fine; however, I was affected by this bug by Tuesday.
There haven't been any releases in JMWE, so I guess it's something related to Atlassian.
I am able to add or update my validators and post-functions by using the Old editor workflow.
Please try, and if you are still having issues, please open a support ticket with Appfire.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
Regards,
Hector

I had a similar issue recently, but either later the same day or the following day it was working again. Today I have the same problem again.

Hello @Angela Gould ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
I have JWME in my instance and I am able to use validators of JWME application inside Jira workflow in new workflow editor and able to save it without any issues.
Can you try clearing cookies and cache from your browser and give it a try?

Thank you for the reply, but clearing cookies did not work. I'm using "Build-your-own Validator (JMWE app)" as an example for one of the workflows I'm creating

I have the same issue. When you click Add, it spins for a minute and then nothing. I also cleared my cookies.
