import and export single project

I want Export and Import single project.

I got option for the select project but I am getting below error I think it is regarding workflow

The existing project with key 'APT' contains '22' issues. You can not import a backup project into a project that contains existing issues.

Can you try importing data into a new Project and then moving Issue into The existing Project with key 'APT'?
