It seems. the the project ix not Xray enabled.
Hi @Melika Olad Azimi, welcome to the community
As Marc and Fadoua mentioned, it's best to remove the company URL from your post, since this is a public forum and we can't access private instances from here.
On the error itself, here are a few common things to check when test cases won't run in Xray:
First, make sure Xray is actually enabled for that specific project. Xray has to be turned on per project, and if it isn't, the testing board won't work. You can check this under Xray settings, or ask your admin to confirm the project is Xray-enabled.
Second, since your plan is Enterprise Cloud, it's worth checking that your Xray license and permissions are active for your user, sometimes the error appears when the user doesn't have the right project permissions for test execution.
Third, since the message says "something went wrong on our end," it may be a temporary issue on the app side. Trying again after a little while, or in a different browser with cache cleared, sometimes resolves it.
If none of these work, this is likely one for your Jira admin to raise directly with the Xray support team, since they can see the backend logs behind that error.
Hope this helps, and good luck! š
