you might consider using time-tracking apps that in most cases have a customizable report of tracked time on issues.
I can recommend our Clockwork Automated Time Tracking & Timesheets Pro app, which offers you the possibility to review timesheets and create reports that can be configured in various ways using break-down and filtering options.
Using timesheets, you can create a report that shows the original estimate and the remaining estimate.
Please find below the sample of how the timesheet looks like:

Hi @Mahantesh Hooli ,
at issue level, there is a specific field "Time Tracking" that shows that information.
Unfortunately there is not a specific builtin gadget for that. There are some external apps that provide this feature (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-generate-a-Jira-report-to-reflect-Original-estimate-Vs/qaq-p/2359043#:~:text=You%20can%20get%20the%20Original,your%20choice%20for%20selecting%20issues.). My personal suggestion is to try https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/294/timesheet-reports-gadgets-by-tempo-jira-time-tracking?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Hope this helps,
Fabio
