and one of the answers mentioned something about legacy version and a new version of zephyr squad

Upon investigating, we are still using the legacy and the question is how can we use the new user experience
Were you able to get this resolved? I am facing a similar issue.
We have the same Issue and from what smart bear have told me, we can not migrate from the Old UI to New.
We are currently considering switching to a different vendor

I have been working with Smart Bear Support and here is the latest received from them on 5/5 - I filled out the form and emailed the PM - waiting for a response.
"If you're interested in migrating from Zephyr Squad legacy version to Zephyr Essentials, please fill out the following form, and we'll follow up with instructions on how to proceed with the migration process.
For any further queries/concerns with regards to migration from Zephyr Squad to Zephyr Essentials kindly contact our Product Manager at sanjeev.pande@smartbear.com.He will help you with the same.
It's really bizarre because Zephyr Squad does not even show anywhere on our add-ons, we are showing the latest version of Zephyr Essentials but upon login it shows Zephyr Squad. In our dev instance, we uninstalled Zephyr Essentials and reinstalled it and it seems to have worked. We are still looking at this but really do not want to proceed until we have clear direction from the vendor.
