XRay export is blocked at 5%

Hello,

I have an issue with xray export feature, which blocks at 5% for all my test plan. I have no more than 100 test cases in these.

Do you have any ideas to solve that ?

As you know Xray is a vendor app, I suggest to open a ticket directly to the vendor: https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?destination=portal%2F2

In fact it works after 10 minutes waiting ... for a test plan of 60 test cases.
