XRay: Error 404 code when Creating Test Step

Hello,

we attempt to create or update test steps, and we get a 404 error.

Is this normal behavior!? Any known problem on the cloud based version of jira and/or xray?

Hi everyone, I encountered the same issue.

After some investigation, I found that the error occurs when I used a custom project template to create this Jira project. However, when I create a new project using the "Share settings with an existing project" option, everything works fine. The Xray configuration was identical in both cases.

Unfortunately, I couldn't resolve the issue within the original project created from the custom template. As a workaround, I moved all issues to a new project that wasn't based on a custom project template.

Hi! XRay will not allow the creation of test steps. Error 404 is thrown when saving the test steps. Please advise.

@Hugo Borges   I think it is best to contact  Xray  support team to  guide you whether or not issue is from their  side Xray support team
