I'm trying to use big picture. I can see the capacity and the workload of all person in the resource, but I could not edit their workload even if I already add some task in Jira. I can see the list of task , but the workload remains 0. How do I edit this value, so I can see that someone is full in capacity or not?

Hi @Okky Syahputra Jenie ,

The way I remember it from working in Big Picture before is that

  • The user need to be assigned to a jira issue that has an estimate.
  • The user needs to have a capacity.

It seems like you have found where you manage the capacity.

Then there are different methods to distribute the estimate over time.

I think this article is worth a read: https://bigpicture.one/articles/bp-workload-distribution/
