Why aren't Rich Filters coming forward in a full refresh?

In preparation for an upgrade, we're restoring our DEV system with production and one of the issues we're having is that Rich Filters (from the Rich filters for Jira Dashboards app) did not come over.  We've not have this issue in the past.

Hi Angie -

Your best best is to open a support case with the Rich Filters vendor, Appfire: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214789/rich-filters-for-jira-dashboards?tab=support&hosting=cloud.

Since you say "restoring our DEV system with production", I assume this is Jira Data Center and not Cloud. In my experience, how well this work depends on the exact process the admins are using to copy the data and config from Prod to Dev. I had a team with an Jira app with 50+ plugins, and they had issues getting everything to work 100%. Are you doing the data migration, or is that another team? Do you know how they are doing it?

This is the recommended process for Data Center: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-test-environment-for-jira-966063324.html .
