Hi Team,
Since we moved to cloud service, we notice significant performance downgrade with Zephyr. For example:
* Take a long time to load test cycle
* Take a long time to add test case to the cycle
* Take a long time to view the test cycle (see all test cases)
* Take a long time to open individual test case
* Take a long time to have steps populated in the test case <-- this is really bad.
This is driving us crazy. Is there anything that can be done to address this issue?

This type of behaviour is not normal whatsoever - I am a Cloud user and have no issues. I would speak to Smartbear Support for help immediately. You can contact them here: SmartBear Support
