Unable to add Jira Timesheet gadget to my dashboard

When I try to add a new Timesheet gadget to my dashboard, I see the following error

Cannot GET /timesheet-dashboard-item

Which app are you using? Tempo's timesheets or something else? In any case I would advise you to turn to that vendor's support, since to me it's clear that it's their problem.

Make sure that it appears in the list of Gadgets and that in the dashboard where you are trying to add it, you have not exceeded the gadget limit
It is very rare, if you have it available it should allow you without problems, try it and comment
