Toast notification behaving inconsistently after Jira update

Hi,

Ever since the recent Jira update and rollout, we've noticed that the confirmation toast is behaving inconsistently.

When creating a PBI/ticket, Jira sometimes displays an in-app confirmation message such as:

Created Task UB-1016
View Task · Copy link

However, other times the toast does not appear at all. 

Is this a known issue with the recent Jira update/rollout? Is there a setting or configuration that controls when this confirmation toast appears?

Thank you for your post. Have you already tried cleaning your Browser cache and try with a different  browser?

Thank you for the suggestion. We have already tried clearing the browser cache and testing in different browsers, and the behavior persists.

Since the confirmation toast appears intermittently across different browsers, it seems unlikely to be a browser cache issue. If that were the case, we wouldn't be seeing it at all.

Any additional insight into what could be causing the intermittent behavior would be appreciated!
