The Xray document generator is showing the correct test results but not the correct % of tests

When I export a document each test execution is correctly marked as Pass, but the summary shows 0% for all statuses. 

Also it looks like if I run the Document Generator from a Test Set, the export is largely empty, and doesn't include each of the tests within the set.
