Structure View: Unable to find the add filter button

Hi Team,

I'll probably find out the answer to this by the time a response is received, but I cannot find the button to add a filter on my Structure view.
I can add a Transformation, but when I click the "Filter" icon, it shows several preset filters which I can edit or remove, but there's no apparently ability to add a new one.

I achieved this before months ago, but finding it again today is proving impossible for such a simple thing

Update: I have found in Transformation there is an ability to add a filter, however when I select "Add Transformation" --> "Attribute", the top part has "Runs As" and my name. I want to be able to add my own customer filter with the description of the button as the name (E.g. "Hide Backlog")

So then get around this, I had use the "Save as a Quick Transformation" which allowed me full edit control. This whole process seems clunky and it's annoying, but at least it works.
