Requests stuck from BigPicture

Hello guys

i would like to understand why some request are stuck and what they mean

/download/resources/eu.softwareplant.bigpicture.static-pages/dist

They disapear after few seconds, sometimes almost one minute. 

but i have a lot of user on my instance if i ahve another issue this can be really slow down jira. 

Anyone can help me to understand please?

Hi

Is this still happening to you? Have you checked that you don't have any performance issues where you have Atlassian installed?

What you're saying isn't very logical, it seems like a performance or connection issue. I know that this may not be the answer you need, but it would be interesting for you to review all these issues.

Theses requests are not always here. That's why i find this strange. 

After to have discussed with my users, there is not big actions related, often, it's only an issue edited (due date most of time)
