Query about addon -“Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards“.

Hello Everyone,

Could you please assist me with following query?

I'm curious about whether the add-on price is quoted is based on the active users or total users, considering we have active, suspended and deactivated users. 

If the price applies to active users only,  will there be any additional charge if users are added later?

Referring to the Marketplace listing of the app:

Inactive or suspended users are not users. So - if you are on a monthly plan - only your active users are considered to determine pricing. On an annual plan, the price is determined through a user tier that you pre-pay for, granting you a 12 month subscription to use the product for the chosen number of users.
