Pulling calendar from one space to another space?

Hello,

Here is my situation. We have a space set up for the larger department. This calendar is updated often. Within this department, each team has their own calendar.

I know I can import the department calendar to the team calendar, however I want to do this but have it only pull the people's info in that specific team.

Right now, we have separate calendars for the department and then each team within that department, so both calendars have to be updated each time.

Thank you!

Hi @andreas_ponjavic ! Welcome to the community.

Jira’s native calendar functionality is quite limited, as it pulls data only from the space you’re in, essentially one calendar per space.

With Company Calendar for Jira, you can simplify this setup significantly. Instead of duplicating calendars, you can:
- Keep a single department-level calendar
- Configure event sources based on multiple spaces, Jira filters, or JQL
- Apply filters to display only the events relevant to a specific team
