No puedo crear casos

Hola Team. 

Agradecería mucho de su apoyo, ya que al momento de intentar crear un caso dentro de Sales Force para un partner, no tengo habilitado el botón de "Nuevo" y no aparece en ningún otro espacio que me permita crear un caso para los perfiles, esto sucede en general, es decir: no me permite crear ningún caso nuevo.

It sounds like you are having a problem in Salesforce more than in Jira or Atlassian. Please contact an administrator in your tech support team to ask for help with this.
